Personalised Tickets Dispatch, Shipping & Returns

We aim to get your scratch-off personalised tickets dispatched within 1-2 business days.

 

For our personalised photo tickets, we will send your design to the email that was added at checkout within 24 hours of purchasing. Please have your email notifications turned on and check junk/spam mail for our email. Your ticket will be dispatched if we do not receive a reply within 48 hours.

All of our tickets are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class Service. Royal Mail 1st Class post is not a guaranteed one-day delivery service and does not include tracking.

 

Royal Mail estimates that over 90% of First Class deliveries arrive the following day however, there is a chance that your order could take up to 3 working days to arrive. Therefore, we strongly advise in ordering early with this type of postage as unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your card will be delivered the following day.

 

We do not accept any returns/refunds on our tickets due to personalisation. These tickets cannot be resold and due to this strictly no returns will be accepted. We will only accept a refund if your item has been lost/damaged during transit.
