Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all non-personalised, physical products. If you have opted to have a custom message printed on the inside of your card or if your product is personalised in any way, we will not accept these items. The item must be returned in the same way as it was delivered, if the product has been used or the packaging has been removed we will not accept a return.

 
As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring that the item has been packaged safely and securely to avoid damage during transit. You are also responsible for any costs to return the item(s) back to us. A refund will be processed once we have received your returned item(s).
 
Please contact us at blushboulevarduk@gmail.com with your order number and item description to make a return. We will then provide you with our delivery address. Please inform us of whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
  
We do not accept returns or refunds on any of our digital products.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns for any personalised items or greeting cards that have a custom message printed inside.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
